The “Pegaso” room of our accommodation in the center of Florence is located on the 2nd floor, in our new apartment renovated in 2015. The bed and breakfast room is furnished in a modern style and features beds with memory foam mattresses and a view over a typical Florentine courtyard, away from city traffic.
Bed: Double or two single beds, comfortable mattresses in memory foam
Bathrooms: En suite bathroom features shower, toilet, hairdryer, bubble bath and soap. Bath towels included.

Daily cleaning is every morning after 10 hours and we change sheets and towels every 3 nights. For additional changes we charge € 5 per person.
The story of Pegasus
The “Pegasus” is a figure from Greek mythology That is the most famous of the winged horses, according to Functional one of the many versions, the Pegasus was born from the wet soil soaked from Medusa’s blood When Perseus cut off her head. We find the representation of this scene in the statue of Benvenuto Cellini in Piazza della Signoria under the Loggia dei Lanzi.
Benvenuto Cellini, Florentine goldsmith and artist, Realized in 1537 coin representing the Pegasus, in honor of Cardinal Pietro Bembo, currently housed in the National Museum of the Bargello.
Today, the Pegasus is the symbol of Tuscany Region and the subject of the regional flag.
